Terms of service

These terms cover your use of Postnook, a service run by William Wong that schedules and publishes posts to your Facebook Page and Instagram account. By connecting your accounts or using the service, you agree to them.

The service

We prepare posts with you, hold them for approval, and publish approved posts at the agreed times. Fees, posting frequency and anything else specific to your business are set out in our separate agreement with you.

Your responsibilities

• You have the right to use the images, videos, music, text and other content you give us, and to have it posted.
• The information you give us, such as prices and opening hours, is accurate.
• You are an admin of the Facebook Page you connect, your Instagram account is a Business or Creator account, and both follow Meta's own terms and rules.

Approvals

Posts are only published once approved. Please check approved posts carefully: once a post is published, it is on your Page or Instagram account, and you can edit or remove it there.

No guarantees about results or availability

We cannot guarantee reach, followers, engagement or sales. The service depends on Facebook, Instagram and other providers, so a post may occasionally be late or fail. When that happens, we will let you know and fix it as soon as we can.

Ending the service

Either of us can stop the service at any time, as set out in our agreement. You can also remove our access in your Facebook settings at any time. See our privacy policy for what happens to your data.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
