Data deletion

You can have the data Postnook holds about you deleted in either of these ways.

1. Remove our access on Facebook

In your Facebook settings, go to business integrations, and remove Postnook. Facebook then tells us automatically, and we stop posting and delete your connection details. You can check the result with the confirmation code Facebook shows you, on this page.

2. Email us

Email william.nyj.wong@gmail.com with your business name and Facebook Page or Instagram username, and ask for your data to be deleted. We will confirm by email once it is done, within 30 days. This also covers post content and business details we hold for you.
